Come to our free introduction to Jiu Jitsu class at any time to find out if Jiu Jitsu is for you. Wear some comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and an open mind. We’ll provide the rest. We’ll cover Jiu Jitsu techniques of the day and you’ll get a chance to meet the BJJ family. The Free Intro class is open to everyone from all levels. You do not need to sign up in advance — just show up during our scheduled times!
